Partners involved
EuroHockey, the Dutch Hockey Association (hockey expert), the Ukrainian National Olympic Committee (government expert) and Sport Social Solutions (sustainability expert) will work with TUM and member associations from Ukraine, Turkey, Portugal, Croatia, Finland and Bulgaria to improve governance to improve in sport.
Project phases and expected results
In the first phase, from January to June 2024, EuroHockey and Oaks Consultancy will visit national associations to review their strategic objectives with EuroHockey and then link these to the objectives of the Ministry of Sports and the National Olympic Committee. A strategic plan is then published.
Phase two runs from July 2024 to June 2025 and examines how national member associations implement their strategy. From this, an operational evidence criteria plan will be published.
In the final phase - from July to December 2025 - EuroHockey will visit member national associations to review their strategy with the support of the Technical University of Munich, with a focus on publishing a final review and assessment report.
