This course comprises all fundamental aspects of an anatomically holistic approach to functional training. Participants are going to gain a profound overview and a basic understanding of functional training methods and its implementation in context of therapy and athletics training. General priciples of training as well as various functional approaches will be discussed theoretically and elaborated on in practice.
