The course provides the basic knowledge and skills of comprehensive muscle function diagnostics to assess the musculoskeletal system when working with athletes and patients. At the same time, appropriate training practical consequences for performance enhancement, training therapy and injury prevention are taught and implemented. The aim of this course is to develop the following content both from a medical point of view and from a sports-scientific-therapeutic point of view and to be able to use it safely.
- Basic functional anatomy
- Structural and functional adaptation processes
- Basic therapeutical concepts
- Isolated and complex muscular function tests
- Application of diagnostic and therapeutic contents

Course times: Sa. 9am - 6pm, Su. 9am - 4pm
