Course Instructor (advanced) in Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR)

The one-day advanced module for Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) instructor enables you to conduct qualified relaxation courses independently. The content of the PMR learned in the elective module is practically supplemented and deepened, as well as necessary lesson plans for course planning are worked out. Edmund Jacobson's Progressive Muscle Relaxation is a very effective method of relaxation, in which the body can be put into a physical and mental state of relaxation through a specific activation and relaxation of the voluntary musculature.
