Master thesis: A person-centred approach of the inclusion of motives and goals for leisure-time and health-enhancing physical activity and physical activity-related health competence in connection with physical activity and health-related quality of life among office workers in Germany

In the context of successful exercise-related health promotion of office workers, the person-centred analysis of possible relationships between motives and goals for leisure-time and health-enhancing physical activity, physical activity-related health competence, physical activity in leisure time and health-related quality of life is an important component. The data originates from a cross-sectional analysis of the evaluation of aspects of the health management at Siemens AG and can be used for an individualised question against the background of a master thesis on the above-mentioned constructs. It would be possible to start right away.
