The purpose of the MSc in Sport and Exercise Science is to develop in relation to sport and exercise science strong personalities that are creative problem solvers with hands on technical, research, oral and written communication and entrepreneurial skills.
The students will deal with the bio-psycho-social concept of health in greater depth. The study design follows the WHO definition of health: "A complete state of physical, mental and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity". The focus therefore lies on health promotion and prevention.
