Prevention of sexualised violence
Sport connects - sport stands for community and togetherness! This includes dealing with issues such as sexualised violence and its prevention in sport (PSG). PSG is currently being dealt with intensively in most sports umbrella organisations as well as at numerous universities and their sports facilities. In partnership cooperation, the ZHS Munich and the Faculty SG are now also taking the initiative and would like to inform, sensitise and, above all, remove taboos about sexualised violence in sport.
Our claim: We look, treat each other respectfully, mindfully and appreciatively!
For the joint start of a sustainable campaign, online workshops were held under the direction of an external speaker in February and March, initially for the staff of the ZHS and the BE Applied Sports Sciences, to raise awareness of the multi-layered topic.
Building on this, the next steps for the campaign are now being planned and will be communicated and implemented in the coming weeks and months of the summer semester 2021. These include, for example, the creation of a code of honour, a poster campaign in the new building starting in autumn 2021 and the development of "first aid guides" for those affected or those who perceive situations of boundary violations or sexualised violence in sport.
