With the leading theme “One brain, lots of movement – variability and plasticity across the lifespan” this years’ asp congress took place in Münster. Veit Kraft presented his work on the impact of the brain area “right middle frontal gyrus” on contralateral reaching movements. Thabea Kampe presented the results of an MRI experiment, which investigated age-related differences in neural correlates during actual tool use. These topics did fit into the interdisciplinary and innovative program of the congress, which served as a great basis for critical and inspiring discussions.
