Peter Holzmüller has been a research assistant in the project "b4 : naming needs | building bridges. Participatively observing, evaluating and reporting new ways of health promotion and health care" under the direction of Prof. Dr. Wacker at the Technical University of Munich.
He is employed at the Klinikum rechts der Isar of the TUM in the area of organisational development with a focus on project and process management and his research interests lie in the area of developing multiprofessional and interdisciplinary medical care concepts.
He has gained national and international experience (international children's rescue service in Eastern Europe, care and integration concepts for patients from the Gulf States) in the practical implementation, application and further development of therapy concepts according to the socio-cultural participation aspects of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF - WHO). The medical focus was predominantly on systemic neurorehabilitation of children and adolescents, as well as geriatric acute care and rehabilitation.
