Project Background:
Since the resolution passed by the German Bundestag in 1982, the situation of persons with disabilities as well as the evolution of their participation have to be regularly reported. This commitment was renewed with the ratification of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD) and supplemented in the official ministerial version (31.07.2013) with the conditions of life of persons with impairments who encounter disadvantages in their environments.
